What is Remote Patient Monitoring?

Add Your Heading Text Here

Remote Patient Monitoring:

Remote patient monitoring (RPM) uses new technology to provide you with personalized healthcare, all in the home setting. User-friendly devices are sent to your home, which automatically collect measurements such as blood pressure, weight, and heart rhythm. These measurements are sent to our clinic, which allow us to keep track of your progress, adjust medications to optimize your health, and catch any issues that may help avoid hospitalization.

Benefits of Remote Patient Monitoring for Patients:

There are many benefits of remote patient monitoring (RPM) for clinicians, but what are the benefits of remote patient monitoring (RPM) for patients?

  • Better access to healthcare
  • Improved quality of care
  • Peace of mind and daily assurance
  • Improved support, education and feedback
